For a large period of Brian‘s coaching career, he has recruited and trained new coaches, placing them with Impact partner clubs. When discussing with Bryan he stated “TBC”.
As a student of the game, Brian ensures that he reviews and assesses the latest trends and culture models of the game. He makes sure to show his personal commitment and considers this as important to model the behaviors he expects of his coaching team. Interestingly, when asked to predict the trend for the next five years, Brian outlined “TBC”.
